Anna Grummon is a David E. Bell Fellow at the Harvard Center for Population and Development Studies and a research fellow at the Division of Chronic Disease Research Across the Lifecourse (CoRAL). Prior to coming to Harvard, Anna received a PhD and MSPH in Health Behavior from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BA in Human Biology from Stanford University. As a behavioral scientist, Anna’s research integrates randomized experiments with mathematical modeling to examine whether nutrition policies like warning labels, soda taxes, and food assistance programs affect what we eat and how healthy we are. At CoRAL, she is working with Dr. Jason Block to examine whether companies reformulate products in response to the recent federal mandate that requires food retailers to post calorie information. Anna is originally from East Lansing, Michigan.
