Michael Sherman

Dr. Sherman is Chief Medical Officer at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care.

He is a healthcare executive with a decade of clinical experience and twenty years in healthcare management. He has specific expertise in healthcare services, information technology, and consumer-driven healthcare

Dr. Sherman earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from U Penn, his medical degree from Yale University School of Medicine, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.  Prior to his current position at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, he was a Medical Director at both Humana (KY) and UnitedHealthcare (MN).
