Sheryl Kluberg

Research Scientist

Sheryl Kluberg, PhD, SM, is a Research Scientist in the Therapeutics and Infectious Disease Epidemiology group at the Department of Population Medicine at Harvard Medical School and Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Institute. She received her PhD in Epidemiology from Boston University School of Public Health and her SM in Epidemiology from the Harvard School of Public Health.

Most of Dr. Kluberg’s prior research focused on infectious diseases. Her doctoral research at Boston University studied the effects of changes in South African HIV treatment policies on retention in care. She also worked concurrently at HealthMap at Boston Children’s Hospital using digital data for global outbreak surveillance. Before arriving at the Department of Population Medicine, Dr. Kluberg worked as a consultant researcher on U.S. government public health contracts.
