Anthony Nunes, PhD, is Head of Strategic Partnerships for Health Data Collaborations for Safety and Effectiveness Research (HDC-SER) within HPHCI. He is a doctoral trained epidemiologist with over 15 years of experience in epidemiology. Prior to joining HPHCI, Dr. Nunes was a faculty member at UMass Chan Medical School and an Epidemiologist with Optum Epidemiology. His research has utilized administrative claims data, electronic health records data, and other large-scale and linked data resources. His work in pharmacoepidemiology has contributed methodology, comparative safety and effectiveness, REMS evaluation and PMR/PMC/PASS reports to the FDA and EMA.
