Ashley L. Saint-Fleur, MD is a Pediatric Pulmonary Fellow at Boston Children’s Hospital and a Fellow in the Harvard-wide Pediatric Health Services Research (HSR) Fellowship. Her research interests center on healthcare utilization and insurance-related barriers to care, particularly in pediatric asthma. Dr. Saint-Fleur is also interested in how geospatial and neighborhood-level factors influence patient health. She is pursuing a Master of Public Health in Clinical Effectiveness at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health through the HSR Fellowship to further this work and strengthen her ability to advance research that bridges clinical care, policy, and health systems improvement.
