Research Areas: Health Policy, Pediatrics and Maternal/Child Health

Julia Eddelbuettel (she/her) is a PhD Candidatestudent in Health Policy with a concentration in Methods for Policy Research at Harvard University and a Rresearch Ffellow in the Division of Health Policy and Insurance. Julia's research interests focus on population health policy and health services research related to reproductive, maternal, and mental healthare in the areas of social policy, population health, and health services research with a focus on reproductive/maternal health and mental health. Julia is specifically interested in studying mental health among pregnant and postpartum people, intimate partner violence, and policy approaches to reducing pregnancy-related morbidity and mortality. Prior to starting her PhD, Julia was a senior statistical analyst with the Department of Health Policy & Management and Center for Mental Health & Addiction Policy at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She holds a B.S. in public policy from Cornell University.
