Research Focus
Mallory Dreyer is a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Population Medicine at Harvard Medical School and the Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Institute. Her research focuses on health economics and health policy. She studies how policy changes, health shocks, and provider behavior influence health care access, decisions, and outcomes, with current projects spanning maternal, reproductive, child, and population health. She uses quasi-experimental methods and administrative and electronic health record (EHR) data. Her work has been published in JAMA Internal Medicine, INQUIRY, and Demography. Mallory completed her PhD in Public Affairs at the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University Bloomington in 2026.
