Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Institute (HPHCI) is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Center for Healthcare Research in Pediatrics (CHeRP) Division within the Harvard Medical School’s Department of Population Medicine (www.populationmedicine.org) as a Project Manager. CHeRP's research portfolio addresses six major areas: vaccination, health communication and decision making, genomics, asthma, health insurance policy, and quality of care. Our mission is to conduct research that enhances health care decision-making by patients and their families, clinicians, and policymakers, and improves the quality of pediatric care in healthcare delivery systems. The Project Manager is responsible for the overall management and oversight of project work to ensure that the goals and objectives are accomplished within budget, schedule, and scope. They will have the opportunity to work on various federally funded proposals and studies within CHeRP's research portfolio. The Project Manager will support teams of investigators, research scientists and data analysts in preparing proposals and conducting projects. This position requires excellent communication skills for close collaboration with investigators and project managers, both within HPHCI and with external institutions and collaborators.
