PROMoTeR welcomes our newest faculty member Dr. Hadley Stevens Smith! Dr. Smith is a health economist and scholar in the ethical, legal, and social implications (ELSI) of genomics. Dr. Smith develops approaches to integrate and advance health economic and ELSI research in genomics. Dr. Smith comes from Baylor college of Medicine, where she was a Health Policy Fellow in the Center for Medical Ethics and Health Policy. Welcome Dr. Smith!
