Sehwan Kim is a postdoctoral research fellow in the Department of Population Medicine at Harvard Medical School and the Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Institute. He completed his Ph.D. from Purdue University under the supervision of Dr. Faming Liang. He specializes in computational statistics with a specific focus on its application to generative models, fiducial inference, and causal inference. He is dedicated to advancing the understanding and utilization of cutting-edge statistical methodologies in medicine and health care under the mentorship of Dr. Rui Wang. His research focuses on integrating deep learning approaches into survival analysis, as well as developing statistical methods for analyzing complex longitudinal data such as the HIV viral rebound trajectories.
